What happens when I click the "Resend" button?

An email is sent to the domain owner’s email address with the contact details and a button to verify if correct. Clicking the button in the email completes the verification and reactivates the domain.

I clicked the button, but I didn’t receive an email.

Make sure you check the email address registered for the domain; it can be different from the one for your webspace. Also, check your spam filter settings and spam folder.

Why do I need to verify my customer data?
